Santa Clara .  Fremont if you want desis . North San Jose is very good , close to Cisco area .

Depends bro your priority,  commute parangga Fremont central place either to sf or south bay or palaalto 

Schools kuda ok but affordability is big factor in the cities you mentioned

Waste of money...bay area worst... east coast best.. i been to northeast,  dc nova area,  texas, bay area, midwest near chicago...out of all of these  i liked dc nova area the best....
