i hold a fidelity account. Is there any limit on transactions one should make?

The otherday i sold few SHOP stocks to buy other stocks. This generated Wash sale label. 

Now i am planning on selling few tesla stocks and buy them later at lower price. Are there any rules one should be aware of?
