On Monday, the Trump administration unveiled a multi-trillion-dollar budget proposal for fiscal year 2021 that would see cuts to agencies like the EPA and to programs such as Medicaid, while providing a boost to defense and border spending. The proposed bill, which will require congressional passage, is unlikely to be approved as drafted.
