let me know how it goes with out experience letters , general ga all companies ask experience letters

konni companies won't give but if you can prove that they are not giving (like an email or something) then you can request experience letters from your previous leads/colleagues ani oka law firm told

I got my perm approved without experience letter from one employer and I had with one employer . Lite Andi .  Appudu naku ila team members to tesukovachu ani kuda evaru cheppaledu so Asalu pettaledu.

I worked in two companies only. 2+2. 4 years W2s unnayi, current employer istadu experience letters Anni. Filing through current employer only.

Same case nadi 1st employer i came out in bitter terms . W2 unna he says I never worked for him . Experience letter ledu . Next employer to perm approved . It’s okay no big deal . W2 is proof we worked though tech stack undadu . Naku evaru cheppaledu team members to ila tesukunte will suffice ani kuda like not even lawyer So lekunda ney ala apply chesaru .

Okay, HR nundi I have an email, you owe so and so amount (reason not mentioned anywhere). I can ask them to write proper email.

And not sure, from today am not able to access W2s (fortunately I have saved) in ADP, still my login ID is tied to previous org email. I can change it now, but old pay checks potayemo no idea. Adi payroll team Ni adiga. Btw is this anyhow related to former employer ?

I had experience letter with employer who is filing . Previous employer didn’t give me when I left company . Lekundane chesaru w2 untundi kada . Experience letter With past employer lekapote it’s not like we can’t apply and get perm approved . I clearly don’t have with Sriven technologies . Vadu na FT BG ki kuda he told I don’t know her . W2 update chesi pass ayya BG. Some employers just don’t give experience letters doesn’t mean all those consultants won’t ever get perm approved .

hmm , ok , skillset match kavali antaru kada ? like worked on so and so tech ani (Java Spring boot for example) , is it not needed?

w2 may prove that you worked for that company but meeru Java chesara leda ani do we need to prove? oka law firm told me we need to prove , I have limited knowledge on this so thanks for patiently answering my questions

It’s great if we have but these consulting companies lo they don’t really stay professional. Once you leave most times avi bitter terms as paisal egottudo Edo untundi we keep asking relationship strain avutundi . Bitter terms lo vaste bayatiki they go to heights of unprofessionalism . Letter Kadu call kuda etharu . BG lo bad ga kuda cheptaru .  Offer letter or h1b vendor letters client letters ivanni kuda proofs aey honestly but I kept nothing at that time as I didn’t have that awareness. Lawyer ki ledu ante its ok annadu . Approved so I didn’t care after that .

Sory for the confusion. I may not be able to prove that my employer is not giving exp letters. Alanti email ledu. They are not communicating over emails. Only calls. They are asking to pay (~$5k -$7k) and get letters. They made agreement h1 approve ainapude. letters mandatory antey Inka alage cheddam anukunna. Seems like I can take a chance.

I have offer letters where they mentioned role. But in detailed duties levu.
