AP lo not allowed...But can't restrict one from buying lottery in another state.

Poorer section get attracted to such things easily people who get benefited from it are minimal where as who end up loosing money in it is lots and lots more...So better not to go in to such things.

Weaker section become soft targets for money making, koncham financial stability unnavaallu poguttunkunna thattukoni nilabadagalaru but poor section vaallu ala kaadu illu gulla ayinollu kokollalu and some end up committing suicide leaving rest of family on roads.
