firstt timee home buyer baa..coming months lo planning. to buy..lender okadu reachout ayyi ..evo docs pampu annaduu pre-approval ki...is it normal process??? once pre approval vadi through vachaka...we have to go through with them only aa ?

no need you can check with multiple lenders, you can go with the one which gives you less price.

ok..less price ante intrest rate less ani ee na baa? any other factors to consider when choosing a lender?  multiple lenders through velthe credit chk affect avtundi kada..so wanna go with one lender..before hand enth price anedi telustunda  ba?

yah interest rates less and some lenders will bear closing cost too...you can go to N number of lenders within a month, it won't affect your score.
