I check like after I finish the fast to see the difference for 2 days I lost 5 pounds and yesterday night was a torture as I was in ketosis and I was hit with extreme hunger pangss .. I went crazy as u saw🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yah true. It will come back but akkade pappu lo kaalu veyakunda jagratha padali. Food choices are impr as well as exercise! Fast lo gym cheyanu kabbati non-fast time lo gym full ga cheyochu .. this is easier for me than anything else.. 🥳🥳
