I am going to stay with my parents from india ..4 people.. total.

What is cost of living in Waltham..2 bed room..how much will be the lease and terms.

2013 lone 2000+ two bed room in Waltham  . I used to work in Waltham but live in Burlington . Akkada Koncham cheap than Waltham .  Appudu 1300-1400 undevi .  Traffic too much but it’s not really far . 8 miles ante .  I would suggest u to check there .

2 bed aithe 2200 to 2400 undachu. As she said...can stay anywhere along 95 N and traffic should not be bad. Traffic is horrible after woburn or 93-95 junction.

my suggestion would be to take near waltham itself. prices are high even in burlington and woburn now.

It just depends on traffic no ?  Boston is very old city and narrow roads too. SHoulder mida drive chese desperate drivers you come across very frequently during morning hours.  Not a planned  new city like Irvine , CA.
