Assuming PCP = (Primary Care Physician)

1. I would ask my colleagues (Locals)

2. Check if a Doc taking new patients, try them and change if you dont like

3. If you prefer Desi doc's check with them first.

Important thing is first of all check your insurance provider website, while selecting the PCP.

+1 ,  Also , Selecting PCP is not mandatory in most plans but it is recommended

Do the website check first and then do the other things , also your insurance website will also have some ratings for that Physician , check those as well as google reviews
