Tiger fits him as per your opinion. The hwole world might agree with you. But, if the family members say that tiger is a symbol of violence ( listen to the comment made by the guy..he says...bones and flesh and violence associated animals).
They said.."Komaram Bheem" which was released earlier was allowed , as there were minor deviations and story was true to reality and it projected them in a good light.

the law is pretty flexible...akkada kurchunna judge ki kudaa...ee angle lo nunchi..ssaraina PENAL CODE laagochu aneedi...appati varaku teleedu...Cases depends on previous history. If it is a first of its kind...there wont be any historical evidences or support. Hence Judge has to use discretion based on the lawyers argument.
