Haven't been thru the report fully.. Are you referring it to that David headly during his recce in mumbai purchased threads at Siddhi Vinayak mandir which I read in paper and those were used here by Kasab...

The confessional statement by Kasab was corroborated by Headley’s video deposition before the Mumbai HC. Headley purchased them and handed over to LeTs Sajid Mir,  handler. They were clear on what and how they wanted to do it
