Disgraced former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich, who was serving a 14-year sentence for trying to sell President Obama's former Senate seat, received the commutation on Tuesday. The president also pardoned ex-NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerik and former 49ers owner Eddie DeBartolo Jr.
