But beneficiary number on I40 is same as Beneficiary number on i797. I think its a unique identifier for an individual.

Thats not i140 number . I dont think so but i am not sure.

got good FT offer, still i have 2 years plus undhi Current H1B validity, ippudu transfer pettuukunthe for FT, new attorney can some way got the info from uscis, saying he has already approved I140 anni Can he get 3 years again ..?

I recently got FT and ah attroney asked my i140 copy i had it so icha and got approved for 3 yrs. Ofcourse malla back to old employer vacha adi vere story but they usually mention receipt number anukunta so as to get 3 yrs approvals. I am not sure in your scenario where USCIS sent message you are approved i140. Vallaki already telusute inka problem emundi ? Its clear kadA?

Experts cheppali inka, kontha mandhi attorney can get the info antarru, kontha mandhi Receipt number kavalli antarru. So inka choodalli
