kejri did something like this to 400+ schools in delhi, a lot of middle class people who used to send their kids to private schools have turned to public now.

mohallla clincs are a big hit..indeed people from bihar and up started coming to delhi for free treatment.

200 units if power is free, even one unit above 200 is charged full bill. this is useful for lower middle class and power wastage will be curtailed just to be under 200 units
