They have petitioned my I140 while I was their employee and I am assuming they would be revoking that as well. I am in my 6th year of H1B. I got my h1 with new employer for 3 years and current employer will not start processing my green card till I complete one year of employment adi vadi policy.. Will the revocation effect my current approved visa with new employer. Also not having new GC petitioned will be an issue? Please evina ideas share cheyandi bhayaa!! Quote
