people serving in bars sometime will earn minimum wage or less than minimum wage + tips , so thats the reason why tips are encouraged here

If paying tip is a hassle you should have a take out or not eat outside ani cheptaru ikkada

Our tip culture is different but here if you don't tip you are looked down
