There is nothing wrong with you. Sometimes we just have some lows. Try to inculcate some healthy lifestyle habits....Probably try to hit gym everyday, you ll feel better as u do it regularly

1) regular ga hair massage cheskondi blood circulation lekapothey hair sariga peragavu; eat protien and consult doc if its too extreme

2) plan cheskoni karchulu taginchi loans pay off cheskondi

3) Age is just a number 

4) Be happy u have a job that pays ur bills :) 

5) GYM and food control; avoid sugars, oils, rice, salt and maida ..drink 3-4 L of water everyday... follow OMAD if u can.. it will go away.. more than weight it is important to be healthy!!
