just in case someody wants info in future.. 

city muncipal complex ki velli.. u n girl both should be there to apply for marriage license. 

after 24 hrs and less than 60 days... u can get marry in traditional sign and come back to apply for certificate.

else.. clerk at city complex will ask u to be present to enter in her wedding registry and say you to read oath.. and sign.. you might have to take appointment for this day..

docs required: ID proof(passport) 

birth certificate: if issued in foreign, should be in English.

pretty simple. go to the nearest court house, tell the clerk that you want to get married, she will give you the earliest dates available, you need to fill out some info online and submit, like biographic information, and pay some fees of 70-80$ around, depends on state, then you get a marriage license, she will then check the dates and assign a judge to you, just go on that date 30 mins prior, judge will show up and perform the ceremony, you may invite your friends and family, also you can arrange some refreshments like cake cutting or so if you'd like to,
