The inquiry found Huang's Tesla Model X was in autopilot mode and noted how overconfidence in automation and the “misuses of technology" can lead to safety issues. Quote

Why would car alert when the entire Car is AI controlled with that mode? It's the person behind the Wheel's job to control when something going to hurt him. He seems to be too comfortable trusting the software. Quote
