2.5 yrs back Rs 22k to Rs 25k per yd undey.. now its almost 1.6x times 

apartments etc 2.5 yrs back Rs 3k per sft undey... now its about Rs 4500 to 4800 per sft

Bro I am from Kokapet born and bought up. I know that area very well. Kallu muskuni koney. Aa area lo River edge villas ani type chesi choodu within 1 Km untay ee plot nunchi. They are selling those villas now for 5 to 7.5c. Future lo chala expensive area idi..

Yes it is a good price. Should get to 70 to 80k at least in 2 to 3 years..
