There is this Hexaware WITCH....5-6 years back...project aipoidni and apatike 2-3 months without job...market dead vunde..literally despratae for job and market lo na location only ie HEXAWARE makelowde gaadi jobs, multiple positions..

oka round recruiter makelowde gadu...tell me about yourself, project etc...a recruiter gadiki aak tevadu kani aadu tell me about yourself ani time waste..

atarvata HEXAWARE odu two rounds...off shore nundi...atarvata gayab...oka 10 times jarigindi with in 3-4 weeks time..

atarvata telsukunna, ie hexaware odu, they pay 1500 rupees to take an interview for off shore teams, anduke okkokkadu two rounds teesukuntaru....literallu B.tech ayipoi campus selctions la recruite chesukuna poragallu interviews teesukuntaru...time waste..!!
