The ideal candidate will typically have the following:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
* Application programming experience with Microsoft suite of products {.Net Framework (C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET etc.)}, demonstrating increasing skill levels and responsibilities
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, performance tuning and/or relational database design
