Is it worth taking a hit at 10-1 arm mortgage at this time, considering the lower rates. I am getting 2.9% on 10-1 arm.

if you are planning for short term go for 7/1 inka cheap ga vastayu... but long term ayuthe 30 year fixed teesuko intha kante lower rates dorakavu and future lo badha padavu...
