as per my kodi burra

fed gives loan amount to big banks and etc.. for interest. If they cut the rate automatically banks will reduce the interest rate not because they want to do good to public but because of competition.

Fed rates are not related to Mortgage interest rates. Fed rates penchinappudu mortgage interest rates thaggai and vice versa. 

Mortgage interest rates are directly proportional to 10 year bonds (just directly proportional, but does not mean will go down as much as bond yeilds do).
