It's all about eating less and maintaining a calorific deficit. Speed walk for about 40 minutes in the morning and hit the weights 5 times a week.. Automatic gaa tight avutaav..

First face and neck lo unna fat, next upper bosy fat and  thighs .. last ki belly and love handles karugutai.. atb

belly fat usually the last one to go in the body . its all about reducing overall fat and the harder part is maintaining it.  eating less is true but switching carbs with oats and other stuff worked for me. try to get a nutritionist from India.
