As soon as you put your details in calculator if will tell if you are optimum weight, under or over weight..

bhayyaa . BMI is thupppakk... if you go gym and have muscles....that BMI doesnt count.. muscle weight will add up..

carbs imp a but wheat nunchii vache carbs way too high...

try salads or quinoa or millets or jowar

Akkada Gym ki eda pothunnadu thats why I also mentioned 5% deviation is ok unless you bulk very much by weight training...

roju tamarind lo biryani tinali anipistundii bro em chedam,
