1)Biking best... weekends 3 hrs. biking ki velta.

2) Breakfast/dinner lo carbs cut chesta. 

3) Workout beginning with 15mins. alternate days..

Munching ki nuts.

Belly fat is a bit hard to lose. Try walking or running or some low intensity cardio on an empty stomach. That will help.

try to gain muscle bro.....muscle burns more calories for maintenance which will help u in the long run..
