Then lose weight no ? I m not over weight to lose weight . I will get diabetes so I m careful for health than for number on scale . @3$%

It depends on my numbers in health report . I m easy when my hba1c is below 6 . I eat different when I m close to border line . Pedda post lite will write sometime phone to browsing .
