Summer coming up.

Daily 30 mins me health kosam ketayinche vallu please offline me,Weekend 45 mins, 

will form a group and daily routines we will discuss and motivate each other. 

This part of our life need to be handled.

Try getting a trainer if you don’t have motivation. At least money kattavani ayina velthav.

Very good option. Went for that option denama every session 50$ ante monthly almost 1000$ too much anipinchi vadelesa. 

I probbaly hriing someone from India who will do in Video training session. I have all my zym kit in the home.

Bench, barbell and some plates are enough for a home set up. Don’t do 20 sessions a month with a trainer. Do two a week. 50$ is okay.
