Looks like the actress is either missing out her gym sessions or she is bit worried about her career as no big films are coming her way these days. Other than Bharateeyudu 2, she has no films in hand. But then, Kajal has the history of putting weight in a similar fashion earlier and then lost oodles of weight when Brahmotsavam movie came her way.
