Drone flying ki permission and permit kavali India lo. They have rules like drones shouldn't fly close to airports, should fly over 400 feet or over people etc. Veeti lo edo oka rule chupinchi jail lo vesi vuntaaru.

He should have used some other means to prove than drone

200 engineering colleges, lot of farm houses, hotels, villas, even shamshabad airport all comes under GO 111 which is implemented to protect catchment areas (himayat sagar and gandipet lakes) to avoid pollution and they were the only source of water to the city.

Ayithey ivvani constructions illegal. Real state developers are selling lands, plots, villas in these areas but construction is illegal. Similarly KCR/KTR farm house also illegal.

We have rules but only in books!!

Majority of the people think only money matters and it doesn't matter to them how they earn...corruption, illegal business etc...lot of greed!!
