Any ways I was talking generally about GO 111 and its violations where both public and government both are involved.  however only survey no 696 (33 acres) is exempted from GO 111. Does KTR/KCR farmhouse falls in this survey number? if it falls then excellent, they are not in violation then! doesn't seem to me from earlier survey number image posted here.

Yes. This is the same 33 acres of land/farmhouse that KTR is now leasing and is exempted from GO 111 by then congress govt
