no rice carbs antav happy ga biryani, choclate cake lagistav 

Karthik, you can still have rice carbs after heavy weight lifting or any HIIT workout ( many gymsons force feed themselves with piece of bread or some rice bowl Within 30 min after heavy lifting ) so it’s just a myth that u can’t have simple carbs like white rice ! Go enjoy ur hot rice, pappu and avakai with ghee!

you are not a big fan of workouts try OMAD
