This is nothing checkout villas by mantri 6 to 7cr and jayabheri temple tree 11cr I heard couple of years back ..glad I bought in 2016 for 1.68..that time everyone said waste but everything is doubled last 4 yrs..

This is true brother ..budwel IT and metro expanding more urbanization and Hyderabad is still more affordable than major metros in india all these factors will never being prices down in Hyderabad..Chennai Noida Banglore tho compare cheste Hyderabad is still afoordable..in richmond villas that I own villas half of them northies and few local reddies and few of doctors and few of them nris..its mix of all..so all these villas are not purely nris 30% nris

real estate meedha oka demonitization type lo cheyali , looks like bad days ahead for economy as a whole , so govt will probably not take any risk now
