All good anthalo vediki valla wife ki chedindhi and his wife left after few months, now he is thinking to get his money back from black mailer since ipudu pellam poindhi evari kosam ani ,

can he put police case is this legal in states, black mailer is from india though, so where shoud be put the case ?

its easy.. dispute the transaction amount.. credit card company will take care of it.. if he paid cash, contact company's HR.. they will initiate dispute process..
