If you self quarantine yourself or if you are quarantines in a cruise ship or in a clinic then i think you have access to all the above things that you need. But, if you are admitted to hospital (this itself mean you health is in serious condition), you might not have access. As the patient health is already deteriorated, mostly they aret not in a condition to access all those stuff Quote
