Applied for B2 visitor extn for mom after the fingerprinting now left to India .How to withdraw petition from uceecis

Not advisable. You need to have receipt number in hand before you stay just like h1b extension whats last date.

2-3 weeks better or atleast you need to have receipt before your i94 expiry date

 

now you can also apply / file extension online !!

if you apply only 72 hrs lo receipt osthundi ani vinna !!

i dont think you need to withdraw application... as your mom already left her 94 is voided... thats my 2 cents though...
