When Indian system encourages ppl with caste based reservation, caste based jobs, then how can you expect people to forget about castes ???

first of all... any application from shuold not have the item caste/religion etc etc...
caste base mida unna reservations lekunda cheyyali.. idi chaala pedda issue... so a better idea would be to remove reservations in important jobs like teaching positions... talent, commitment and baaga educated persons ki matrame teaching positions ivvali... and education should be given at a very reasonable price... economically backward unna vallaki free education ivvali...

inka corruption antava... may be oka online system introduce cheyyali... evarina oka govt office ki velthe vallaki first oka uniquie id ivvali... aa id tho vallu ye pani mida ye office ki eppudu vacharo anni details telisipovali... prathi pani ki max time untadi kada.. aa time lopu pani avvakapote serious actions teesukovali... sounds like a dream.. but edo okati cheyyali kada.. i thought this was a more organic approch, so it wont work out overnight  sSc_hiding2 sSc_hiding2
