How to get OTP delievered in India real time in USA

Do you mean from India.. like OTP from bank?

2 options:

1) Buy an android phone in India, keep it india with sim card, (keep it in charging at parents/relatives home), and use SMS to email fwding apps.

You may experience 5-10sec delay but that should be ok in general

2) Take postpaid sim and use it in USA: international roaming and incoming sms is free. ( monthly you will end up paying approx 200-300 rs <= 5$)

  I think prepaid sim also works, you can manage litle cheaper, but you need to keep on recharging.

 

You said, to USA number: you may use SMS to SMS fwding apps fwd to your number in USA< but for each SMS india sim gets charged for 5 rs i think.
