same doubt , bank saying we won't cover closing cost ani , are you guys negotiating with seller or including that in the loan amount ?

Many lenders offer that. Personally I wouldn’t spend any money on closing costs unless you can get a crazy rate like 2.5% for a decent amount and just lock it, forget it.

Broker says rates will get better Thursday/Friday. Other broker says the rates will remain in this range for few months because of elections.
