You can trade how many ever you want.. but you can do only "3 DAY TRADES" in 5 days.. More than 3 will place a lock on your account for 90 days.. During this lock down you can still trade but cannot DAY TRADE. Quote

Swing Trade : Buy and keep the stock atleast overnight and sell the next day when market opens. Quote
