That’s common that they say violated non compete agreement . Nenu alane move ayye plan lo unna . But na case lo client saying I am fired to vendor and employer and I am thinking to transfer h1b . Btw it’s ok even if they file legal suit they can’t really do anything And most likely won’t win too . If your new vendor is fine just go ahead . Most likely they might threaten that’s all . I changed like that in past .

 They will sue your new vendor and worst case you also . Then you can hire a lawyer and answer . Real ga chestada threatening ah chusukondi .  It’s an expensive process and takes years for judgement .
