Let me tell u one thing - I don’t have any knowledge in medicine or in that field at all!! 
 

I just knew few medicine names like paracetamol, Briton, avil, Tylenol & Zarbees and a few basic names  

also, I am neither saying nor believing that cow urine will cure all the diseases - my comment was only for ppl who tries to make fun with “X” factor.
