Fever is your body's response to infection. To protect you, since you have enzymes that will control the function of your organs even if there is high temperature, but viruses won't. This one in particular, we don't know if high temperature will be enough. I think it should be a combination of fever and immune response.

mostly immune response , corona virus already ochindi inthaka munde mana immune system gradually ela improve avuthundo virus also will improve its system now and then and will fight against our immune system

temp ki virus ki i dint think any link , only thing is it spreads via droplets or sneeze so usually summer time lo cough cold thakkuva so chances of spreading is less ..

You get a fever when you're sick because your body is trying to fight it off.

Depends on the virus, for coronavirus 4/7 of them are not temperature sensitive, but 3/7 are temperature sensitive.
