Newborn baby diagnosed with coronavirus in London

Both the baby and its mother have tested positive at North Middlesex hospital in Enfield, according to The Guardian. The infant’s mother was hospitalized with suspected pneumonia days before she gave birth.

“Two patients at North Middlesex university hospital have tested positive for coronavirus. One has been transferred to a specialist centre and one is being treated in an isolation room," the hospital said in a statement without identifying either patient.
