Officials de-boarded four passengers from the Mumbai-Delhi Garib Rath Express after co-passengers spotted "home quarantine" stamps on their hands and raised an alarm, India's Western Railway said. State authorities introduced the hand-stamp on Monday to ensure those asked to self-quarantine stay away from public places.
