Hope this is extender to other states too. 

  • Waive mortgage payments based on financial hardship
  • No negative reporting to credit bureaus
  • Grace period for load modification
  • No late payment fees or online payment fees
  • Postponing or suspending foreclosures

NY Federal Reserve to pump in another $10 billion today — this time to buy mortgage bonds

This might help to get the mortgage interest rates down
