only thing market rate kante oka 10 to 20k takkuva vastundi.. Ee time lo FTs vetakatam betterena.. or next year betteraa?

I did the same mistake. Continue in your current job. Joined FT after working for the same client for 6 years. Layoffs vasthe new recruits ne leputhatru first.
