Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) sent a letter Wednesday to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Dr. Robert Redfield requesting clarification on whether the agency has the authority to cover the cost of testing and treatment of COVID-19 for Americans, particularly the uninsured.
