70% IPA + 25% water + 5% Glycerine/aloevera gel 

nenu lab lo prepare chesukunna sanitizer. You can also add some flavors like lemon, orange etc.

Any soap is fine to wash your hands.. anti bacterial soaps are not any extra affective compared to regular soaps..
